All new bicycles purchased at Ecclestone Cycle come with a Lifetime Adjustment Warranty (please visit our Warranty Service page for complete details).

We do accept trade-ins at our discretion and at our evaluation toward the purchase of a new bicycle.  In general, we accept bicycles we have sold and those manufactured by reputable bicycle brands.  We do not accept department store bicycles as trade-ins.  We do not do consignments sales.

At this time we do not offer store credit or payment plans.

All bicycles signed in for service/repairs must be picked up within 15 days of notification of completion of work order.  A $30 storage fee will apply for bicycles left beyond this period. Should you fail to pick-up and pay your service balance within 60 days, we reserve the right to sell your bicycle to recoup your service balance.

We do not sell product on-line, nor will Ecclestone Cycle ship product to customers.  Come visit us – our customer service in person is legendary.

We will not accept any form of payment over the phone.  Credit Card transactions will only be processed in the presence of the card holder, photo ID may be requested.



Here at Ecclestone Cycle we offer a 15-day satisfaction guarantee for new, in-stock bicycle purchases (custom ordered bicycles excluded).  We want you to love your new bicycle, if it is not all that you expected, please come visit us and we’ll ensure you’re riding a bicycle perfectly suited to you!   Bicycles are non-refundable. However, within the 15-day satisfaction period, we will exchange a bicycle for one of equal or greater value.  Bicycles returned for exchange will be assessed for wear and tear before the exchange is completed.  Charges will be applied for the cleaning of a bicycle, or for the replacement of parts due to scratches, rips, dents, drive-train wear, or dirt (tires).

Clothing, Accessories and parts are eligible for a return or exchange.  We offer 15-day full refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and have all the original tags attached.  The original receipt is required for processing.

All Sale/Discounted items, Cycling Shorts, Swim Suits, Swim accessories (including but not limited to: fins, caps, goggles, pull buoys, kick boards, paddles, snorkels) and Undergarments are Final Sale.

Custom ordered items are non-refundable, are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the balance will be awarded in store credit only.



Warranties are against Manufacturer Defects.  We will act on your behalf to process warranties deemed as defects with the Manufacturers and Suppliers we represent.  As the consumer you are solely responsible for the return shipping costs as well as any labour required to un-install/re-install the defective item.  The original proof of purchase is always required, as are photos clearly depicting the defect. Warranties are non-transferable, are not applicable to any online or used purchases.  Misuse or abuse of a product will void warranty.

Due to Covid-19 safety protocols, sunny spring weather, and an increased love and interest in cycling we are experiencing a surge in volume of  bicycle service, sales, and correspondence.  As we strive to communicate and service each and every request in the safest possible manner with reduced staffing, we apologize that things are taking longer than normal to process.  We kindly ask for your patience as we are entirely committed to serving you and all your cycling needs.

We are open for Bicycle Service and Curbside Sales by Appointment Only, one customer at a time – Wednesday to Saturday 11-4 daily (we’re spending the rest of our time working behind closed doors to coordinate and service your bicycles & requests).

Simply contact the shop via e-mail or phone 705-645-1166 with your queries.  We will be in touch as soon as possible to answer your questions, and schedule service and curbside sale appointments.

Please note, appointments are not regular shopping/service experiences (which is equally awkward and saddening for us too).  Test riding, fittings, and trying on clothing and helmets is not permitted for obvious safety reasons.  We cannot offer drop-in/ride-by bicycle repairs at this time.  All bicycles registered for repair are sprayed with disinfectant and enter 48hrs of quarantine prior to receiving service.
